The Majuba Pub

The Thunder Gun pub has become an institution amongst local residence. So much so that the term “going down to the Gun” has entered the local colloquial vocabulary of most of our regular patrons.

A great place to meet with friends, clients or business colleagues, our pub is renowned for pouring the best Guinness in Joburg. We think it’s the good cheer and occasional Irish song that makes our pint taste so good. 

While not a sports bar by any means, the Thunder Gun pub is still a great place to catch the big weekend games and a cheerful place to relax while waiting for a table.
